Shihan Akin "Tombey" Williams first encountered the martial arts over 25 year ago in the form of judo. He later moved on to Tae Kwon Do. In this art he has achieved the rank of 6th dan. To further his martial arts studies Shihan went to Soke Haisan Kaleak. After many hard years of training and passing the rigorous Kuroshi-do crossover test. He presently holds the rank of 5th dan in that art.
He is an extraordinary cardio kickboxing instructor in the fitness world, teaching at elite fitness clubs such as equinox and sports clubs la. He was also a strong national karate tournament competitor through the 90's with numerous titles and trophies. But overall he says "martial arts is his way of life, not a hobby".
